In the future, machines are used in construction and exploration. A project is launched to reclaim land from under the sea for a growing earth population. However the late genius and scientist Eiji Hoba, has tampered with the labors' operating software, causing them to go berserk on their own. It's up to the Special Vehicles Section to find the malfunction and stop the outbreak of machine madness, before they destroy everything humanity has built.
